William Lamb
Chairman of the Board and Director
Mr. Lamb has 30 years of experience in the mining industry, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of Lucara Diamond Corp. from May 2011 to March 2018 before retiring from Lucara. During that time, Mr. Lamb played an integral role in taking Lucara's Karowe mine from feasibility through to a steady state, world class, operating diamond mine. This being the seventh mine where he has been involved from the study phase through to operations. Mr. Lamb built the foundation of his career in various roles within the industrial and precious metals space, most prominently as Metallurgical Manager for De Beers Canada's Victor Mine, Senior Metallurgical Superintendent at De Beers Canada, Senior Plant Metallurgist at Rand Mines as well as Lead Process Engineer at Kvaerner Metals in their Non-Ferrous Metals Division. Mr. Lamb was EY's Entrepreneur of the Year for 2017, Pacific Mining and Metals, and received 2016 Hugo Dummett Award, alongside Lukas Lundin, for excellence in diamond exploration and development. Mr. Lamb has a HND in Extractive Metallurgy from Technicon Witwatersrand and an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School.
James Gilbert
President and Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Gilbert has 30+ years of mining industry leadership and transaction execution experience, including as Executive Chairman of Latin American Mining Corporation, Stellar Mining Corp. in Peru, a 1.7 million silver equivalent ounce per annum underground miner, and Santiago Metals in Chile, a copper oxide leaching project developer, Chairman and CEO of Orvana Minerals Corp., a +100,000 gold equivalent ounce gold-copper producer from operations in Spain and Bolivia, President and CEO of FPX Nickel Corp. and President and CEO of Minera S.A. Mr. Gilbert was also director of AQM Copper Inc., through the PEA and Pre-Feasibility stages of the Zafranal Copper Project in Peru, and held senior positions at Gerald Metals Inc., Rothschild Inc. and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Gilbert holds MBA in Finance from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and BA degree from Bucknell University.
Henry Heeney
Director
Mr. Heeneyis a Co-Founder and the incumbent Director of Calisto. Mr. Heeney is co-founder and CIO of Heeney Capital and serves as a senior investment professional at a $4 billion global investment fund based out of Manhattan. Previously, he was an investment banker with Evercore Partners in their M&A practice focused on Financial Sponsors, with Bank of Montreal in their Metals & Mining Group, and also co-founded a Spanish real estate investment fund. Mr. Heeney holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Finance specialization from the University of British Columbia.
Glenn Kondo
Director
Mr. Kondo is a highly qualified finance professional with extensive senior executive and corporate board experience in the mining industry, currently as CFO of Orca Gold Inc. and Montage Gold Corp. and previously as Chief Financial Officer with Lucara, owner of the Karowe mine in Botswana, one of the world's most successful and profitable diamond mines. Prior to Lucara, Mr. Kondo held senior executive roles with Anglo American where he has been responsible for delivering significant commercial growth internationally by leading mergers and acquisitions, raising capital finance and achieving business transformation through operational performance and project management. Mr. Kondo is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
Nora Pincus
Director
Ms. Pincus is a Managing Partner with Nebari Partners, a private capital firm focused on providing creative financing solutions to the mining industry. Prior to joining Nebari, Ms. Pincus was General Counsel at a multi-national mining services company and a partner with several international and boutique law firms. Ms. Pincus has been substantially involved in a number of notable global transactions in the mining and metals space. Ms. Pincus received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Veronica Zavala Lombardi
Director
Ms. Zavala Lombardi has more than 25 years of experience in public administration and development both in her native Peru as well as in multilateral development banks. Among her positions in the Government of Peru are General Manager of FONAFE - the Holding Company of Peruvian Publicly Owned Enterprises, Secretary of Public Management and Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications. At the multilateral level she was resident Board Member of the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) representing Colombia and Peru; Sector Manager for Public Sector at the World Bank; and, back at the IDB; she held the positions of General Manager for the Andean Countries, General Manager for Central America and Mexico and General Manager of the Strategic Planning Department. Ms. Zavala currently serves in the board of PROMED (Panama) and ENGIE (Peru) as well as in civil society's Peru Sostenible (promotion of SDGs). Ms. Zavala holds a degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Harvard's John F Kennedy School of Government.
Sean Pi

Mr. Pi is a Co-Founder and the Corporate Secretary of Calisto. Mr. Pi is the co-founder of Heeney Capital and serves as a principal investor at an $8 billion commodity private equity fund based in New York and Houston, where he has deployed over $3 billion in equity capital on behalf of the firm. Prior to that, he was an investment banker with Evercore Partners where he worked on Diversified Industrials and Consumer related M&A transactions, advising on over $15 billion in transaction volume. Mr. Pi earned his A.B. in Economics at Princeton University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Alex Tong
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Tong is a Canadian CPA with over 20 years of finance experience in the mining sector. His experience includes holding the position of CFO for a number of publicly-listed companies. Prior to this, Mr. Tong held senior finance roles with mining production and development companies, including Lucara, NovaGold Resources Inc., and Energy Metals Corp and was responsible for achieving operational performance, leading mergers and acquisitions, and executing various financing and exit strategies. Mr. Tong started his career with Deloitte and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Stuart Smith
Senior Vice President - Mineral Resources
Dr. Smith has over 30 years of global exploration experience spanning the spectrum from global project generation to near-mine brownfields environments with a track record of discovery. Dr. Smith was Technical Director – Strategy & New Projects for Teck Resources Ltd., based in Vancouver, Canada. In this role he led the team with global responsibility for new exploration project review and capture. Prior to that he held the role of Specialist – Global Copper for Teck, based in Santiago, Chile. Prior to joining Teck, Dr. Smith was Chief Geologist for the Oxiana-OZ Minerals-MMG group of companies and subsequently with the founders of Oxiana in the G-Resources, Tigers Realm and EMR companies. In these roles Dr. Smith was responsible for activities across the full spectrum from global project identification and review to brownfields exploration and in-mine resource evaluation. Dr. Smith has a BSc(Hons 1) from the University of New England, Australia and a PhD from the University of Tasmania, Australia.

Mr. Turner is a professional engineer with over 40 years of mining experience, notably 19 years at BHP's Escondida copper mine in northern Chile including 5 years as VP Operations and 4 years as President. Mr Turner was President and CEO of AQM Copper Inc for 7 years as Operator of the Zafranal Project in Peru, followed by 3 years as the Executive Director of Compania Minera Zafranal (CMZ) after AQM Copper Inc (30% owner of CMZ) was purchased by Teck Resources Ltd. He is currently providing mining consulting services to Element 29 Resources Inc, a mineral exploration company with several properties in Peru, CMZ, the joint venture company between Teck and Mitsubishi Materials Corporation (MMC) for the Zafranal Project, and MMC for their Mantoverde mine in Chile. He has worked in Canada, Chile, Australia, Papua New Guinea, and Peru and is fluent in English and Spanish. He has successfully managed relationships with aboriginal and native peoples. Mr. Turner holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Doctor of Technology (Honorary Degree) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He has also completed the Advanced Management Course at Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Jim Bannantine

Mr. Bannantine has more than 10 years of mining industry leadership and operations management, including as CEO of Great Panther Silver, a publicly listed 150,000 gold equivalent ounce producer of gold and silver with operations in Peru, Brazil and Mexico, and Aura Minerals, Inc., a copper and gold producer of 200,000 gold equivalent ounces, with facilities in Canada, Brazil and Mexico. Previously, Mr. Bannantine was a successful multi-industry CEO/President in startup, growth, merger, and turnaround situations, with experience of infrastructure development, and project financing, in the telecoms and regulated electric and gas utilities, unregulated power and pipeline energy services industries. Mr. Bannantine is a licensed professional engineer with an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and a BS degree from the United States Military Academy.
